Directions: The objective of this assignment is for you to do some individual research about the Holocaust. For each of the letters of the alphabet you must find a fact beginning with each letter. For example:

A is for Auschwitz:
The most lethal of all the concentration camps. Located on the German/Polish border, Auschwitz was responsible for the execution of approximately 1,100,00 prisoners

There must be a fact for each letter of the alphabet. In addition, an explanation must accompany each letter outlining how the word is linked to the Holocaust. The goal is to find facts. You may not use adjectives. For example you may not say, "A is for Awful". Each of the twenty-six selections are worth two points, one for the link word and one for the explanation. You may work with one partner on this project. In addition to the fifty two points for the alphabet, an additional eight points will be awarded for the quality of your final product. The more effort you put into the presentation of your alphabet the more of the eight points you will receive.
